My background is unusually wide for an independent practice — technical depth on one side, operational grounding on the other. That mix came from the projects I took on over the past few years; each one demanded a different layer, and the breadth accumulated. I work as a one-person tech team for clients who don't have one, or alongside an existing team when they do.

Most of what I take on falls into one of these shapes: a workflow running on spreadsheets and chats that needs a real system; a website that should be converting more than it does; an internal process where AI could remove the bottleneck; a build that needs someone technical to translate it from a business need into something that actually ships.

Currently active across multiple concurrent engagements, including ongoing AI risk-assessment work for Biorisk Management International. On the side, I'm a co-founder of Bioprotect Technologies — another project I started with two colleagues, focused on biosecurity consulting.
